Mika is a California native and has over ten years experience in the beauty industry. Mika’s passion is for whole wellness and how it correlates with beauty from the inside out. Which includes nutrition, spirituality, and fitness. She loves providing her clients with services that feel good down into the soul. What kind of products do you use in your facial treatments?
We work with a combination of clinical and plant-based, vegan and cruelty-free products, suitable for all skin types.
Primarily, we use PCA Skin, Glymed, Face Reality, Glytone. All of the products we work with are acne-safe.

I don’t know what kind of facial I need, how do I choose?
When booking online, go ahead and pick whichever facial speaks to you, and we will make an official choice once we have a look at your skin the day-of. All first-time client appointments include a consultation, so that we can assess your skin and guide you into the perfect treatment for you that day.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for my facial?
Please avoid picking at your skin, at-home dermaplaning, tanning beds, sunburns and retinol use for 1 week beforehand.
Please allow 3 weeks between Botox/filler and your facial, and 4 weeks between laser treatments and your facial.
Preferably, come makeup-free, but don’t stress on cleansing your skin before you come. Also, try to get your workout done for the day before your facial.
Do I need to do anything special after my facial?
It’s best to let your skin breathe and avoid makeup or sweat for 24 hours afterwards. For Microneedling & Peels, plan on a bit of redness and sensitivity, and staying out of direct sunlight for 5 days afterwards. Customized aftercare tips will be provided depending on which treatment we decide on.
Are facials safe for pregnancy?
Of course! Most of our offerings are pregnancy-safe and massage-focused, for nervous system relaxation/tension relief.
If you are experiencing hormonal breakouts, we work with plant-based enzyme masques that will soothe inflammation/reduce scarring.
How often should I be getting facials?
We recommend every 4-6 weeks, depending on the results you are trying to achieve.
Skin health is just one of the many benefits of receiving regular facials, along with stress/anxiety relief, relaxation of the parasympathetic nervous system,
deepening your connection to your body and your self, soul healing and an energetic reset.
Do you offer consultations?
I sure do! You can find the link on the “services” page of my website to book a virtual consultation, (perfect for those who live out of town, can’t meet in-person
or just want advice on a skincare regimen).
For first time in-person appointments, I always do a consultation with you before we begin your facial.
What do you offer for acne treatments?
Healing acne is our passion! Mika is a certified Acne Specialist through, and her approach is both science-based and holistic—taking a look at what is going on
for you externally and internally. If you are ready to commit to clearing your skin, we are here to support you. We will discuss your skin history, diet/lifestyle habits, and work on emotional healing while we treat your skin with a proven system that creates lasting results. You can book a virtual acne consultation or an in-person acne facial. We do offer package deals for those looking for more in-depth support.
